What Is Energy Healing?

Energy healing is all about restoring the natural flow of energy within your body.

Are you aware that past injuries may be restricting your present energy flow? The vital flow of energy in your body may still be out of balance causing chronic pain and discomfort.

Did you know that negative emotions in your daily life, such as fear, doubt, anger, judgment, criticism, blame, etc., can also be stored in your body and lead to symptoms of physical distress?

Restriction in the body's natural flow of energy is often the cause of dis-ease -- the feeling that all is not well in your body.

It has been demonstrated time and again that once these disruptive energies are unblocked and allowed to flow freely, wonderful things happen!

• You enjoy a deeper spiritual connection.

MY ROLE as an Energy Healer is to help unlock and release the energy that has been blocked or disrupted and bring your body back to its natural, balanced state.

I do this through hands-on energy healing. This often means simply placing my hands on a painful area, with intent, and allowing the universal energy to heal the area. Energy healing is not just a simple touch, as in a massage, but it's the movement of my hands on or over your fully clothed body with an intent to help you to heal.

As I work with you, you will find something shifts deep within you. You may feel immediate relief and positive changes, or you may experience subtle improvements over time. Either way, you can be assured balance is returning to your body.
